The kitchen, which is accessible from the small terrace, has a separate pantry which houses a free-standing fridge-freezer and also the dishwasher. In the kitchen room there is a built-in corner bench with a table and opposite is the working and cooking area in a typical country house style.

The dining room is on the same level as the kitchen, to which it is connected by a round arch. In addition to a buffet cabinet, a sideboard decorated with carvings and a side table, there is a large dining table with the associated chairs. All furniture is made of solid wood.
A split air conditioning system is used in the dining and living room for cooling or heating, depending on the season. In addition, there is an electric heater for extreme winters, which are quite rare.
Two wide steps on the long side of the room lead to the slightly lower living room.

The living room is the central and largest room in the house. It is characterized by an imposing hearth made of hewn stones. To improve heating efficiency in the cold season, we installed a cast-iron stove.
A dowry chest that has been in the family for several centuries is located directly below the Smart TV, where the WiFi router and telephone are also located.
A round glass table on an old wagon wheel, a designer couch and four leather armchairs complete the picture alongside an antique display case imported from China.
A flight of stairs leads up to the master bedroom with its own bathroom and four steps down to the small bedroom and vintage bathroom. Another bedroom is located behind the fireplace and is accessed via a step.
A double arched door leads directly to the main terrace.

This bedroom was partially furnished with typical Spanish pine furniture and Asian elements. In addition to a bamboo sofa and the corresponding floor lamp, there is also a desk in this room as standard, which can of course be removed before arrival if desired.

The smallest bedroom in the house is also the most popular with many guests. We don't know if it's the hand-painted furniture from northern Spain (which might take some getting used to) or the room temperature, which is consistently lower than the other rooms.

We called this bathroom Vintage because it dates back to when the house was built. We are considering whether to completely modernize it next winter. Our guests should have a say!

The master bedroom is on the upper floor and is therefore somewhat separated from the rest of the house. Typical Spanish pine furniture dominates here. Both the two windows and the large covered balcony offer unique panoramas of the valley and the mountains.
